It was one of those spontaneous, laugh-out-loud moments. Somewhere between our 700th mile and trying to find a place to eat, we decided—why not make a pit stop in Alabama…for Chick-fil-A? Because, let’s face it, when you’re traveling across the country in an RV and juggling work, family obligations, and life with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), sometimes it’s the little things that keep you going.
But this was just the beginning. Alabama wasn’t our final stop—our adventure was taking us back East, and this was only the first leg of what would be a long, meaningful journey. Between managing work, family responsibilities, and the unexpected challenges that come with RV life, we discovered some important lessons along the way. And, of course, had a few laughs too.
